Grab & Go Bites is launching the first food truck park in Macon’s Brookdale Avenue neighborhood, a USDA-designated food desert. We address a critical problem: residents in this low-income, low-access area must leave their neighborhood to find affordable, diverse meals. Our solution is direct and impactful—a professionally managed food truck park that removes barriers for local entrepreneurs while solving immediate food access challenges for the community.

We support a maximum of 3 food trucks at a time, each in different food categories, operating with advance registration for daily, weekly, and monthly options. Our pick-up-only environment keeps operations efficient while serving nearby residents. Grab & Go Bites combines food access, entrepreneurship, and neighborhood investment into a single scalable project that demonstrates how modest private investment can create meaningful community benefit within an underserved area of Macon-Bibb County.
